Programs & Ways to Pay
Most of our clients pay nothing out of pocket. Here's how home care gets covered in Michigan β and how we help you find the right path.
MDHHS Home Help (Medicaid)
Our specialty. Michigan Medicaid pays for approved hours of non-medical, in-home care each month β at no cost to eligible clients. We manage enrollment start to finish.
Medicaid Health Plans
Enrolled in a Michigan Medicaid health plan? Ask us β many members can still receive Home Help services, and some plans offer additional in-home benefits.
Private Pay
No Medicaid? Families can purchase care by the hour β for extra hours beyond an approved plan, or while an application is in process. Call for current rates.
Proudly serving Metro Detroit
From our office in Southfield, Gifted Care serves families throughout Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties β including Detroit, Southfield, Farmington Hills, Livonia, Dearborn, Warren, Sterling Heights, Troy, Royal Oak, Pontiac, and the communities in between.
Not sure if you're in our area? Ask the chat assistant, or call us β if we can't serve you, we'll point you to someone who can.
